Our 2025 – 26 season opens with “Magic and Melancholy,” a program of works by G.P. Telemann, G.F. Handel, and Dieterich Buxtehude. Among other pieces, the concerts on September 27 in Sacramento and September 28 in Davis include a double concerto by Handel that features oboist Matthew Hudgens and bassonist David A. Wells.
